Unit Type: Medical/Surgical with Telemetry monitoring
Beds: 33 rooms, up to 49 patients (some semi-private rooms)
Staff: 62 total
- Day Shift: 2 charge nurses, 2 techs, 6-7 RNs
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1.5 techs, 5-6 RNs
Patient Ratios: 4:1 (day), 5:1 (night)
EMR System: Meditech
Specialty Care: Surgical flap patients, spinal cord injury patients with stage 4 wounds, low acuity burn patients (in partnership with burn unit)
