Job Description

Join a Patient Care Team in a rural healthcare clinic setting. This role focuses on Rehabilitation Therapy with an emphasis on Hand Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention plans.
• Design, implement, and modify therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations.
• Promote injury prevention, fitness, health, and quality of life across all age groups.
• Provide consultation and education related to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment progress, and attendance.
• Submit and verify patient charges for services rendered.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Possible schedule of four 10-hour days depending on patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Colorado
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Occupational Therapist experience
• BLS certification

Additional Information

• Certifications or training such as ASHA, CHT, or ACP are relevant but not mandatory.
