Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Orthopedics
Location: Tampa, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Orthopedics Radiology
- Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekend Hours: None
- Call Requirements: None
- Number of Openings: 1
- Patient Population: Adult orthopedic patients including adult reconstruction, foot/ankle, spine, hand, and upper extremity cases
- Patient Volume: 50-70 X-rays per tech per day
- Equipment Used: Sedecal X-ray equipment
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic and GE PACS
- Float Requirements: Must be available to travel within the western region
- Candidate Eligibility: Permanent address must be more than 100 miles from the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Experience with C-Arm for injections
Preferred Qualifications
- Orthopedic radiology experience preferred

- Collaborative team environment
- Dress code: Scrubs only (any color acceptable)
- Facility has 16 beds/rooms
