Job Description

  • Must have infant ICU/NICU experience
  • Pediatric inpatient experience required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
  • Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Experience working with infant patients
  • Experience in an inpatient setting
